This post is should interest if you want to advertise on JustDial in Delhi and looking for a review of service.
I recently advertised my business on JustDial to increase sales but to my dismay all promises made by sales representative of JustDial were fake, they created incorrect inventory and assigned my weird locations that were nowwhere near to my business, I only came to know this when i checked the PIN codes and corresponding locations that were provided in the invoice.
All my communication to rectify inventory were waste of time, moreover concerned area manager and sales representative did not provided any support after the sale. Below is email trail for you to judge the same. The small amount of calls for inquiries that i did get didn't converted, I also suspect people from JustDial only call you to assuage your apprehensions. I would advise you to stay away from JustDial and look for alternatives like Google Adwords, free classifieds or pamphlets or any other type of conventional advertising.
